Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins. Instead of creating restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy and healthy life, free of denial and strict discipline. During your initial consultation we will discuss your eating habits and lifestyle. We will look for solutions to unlock your bad habits in a gentle yet consistent way. You will learn to listen to your body and give it what it needs.
No-one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you, should you be trying to loose weight, fighting stomach issues, trying to become pregnant or perhaps you are an athlete trying to improve your performance with clean food. Together we will create a meal plan, which will easily fit into your daily life. The food has to look and taste delicious, I will show you how!
We will add all the good stuff rather than taking anything away. We will look for healthier alternatives in your current diet and substitute all the naughty stuff with food which will nourish you.
Your transition to good health will be slow, but sustainable. I will teach you how to be sane and rational in making your food choices.
Did you know that cravings are not necessarily bad for you? Very often cravings mean that your body is missing something in the diet and it is its way of telling you. I will help you deconstruct cravings through correct food combinations.
